About
Dr. Rios is interested in exploring ways in which, we as a society living in an ever changing world can re-imagine public safety, challenge our current working models for justice by building empathy and compassion into it’s core foundation. He is also interested in Virtual Reality as an emerging technology can be a tool to integrate the possibilities and create collaborative gaming models that engage the community, elected officials, and public safety in solving the problems in their respective communities, in order to create fair, equity and compassionate collaborative spaces.
