Danielle uses place-based and arts-based methods to explore the future of mutual aid and social support among people who experience present and historical marginalization from our current societal structures. Her current research explores mutual aid during the COVID-19 pandemic, peer support among young people experiencing homelessness, and arts programs as sites of possibility in prisons.
